How Does BBL Work?
Once your treatment plan has been developed, Dr. McNally will customize the settings of the Sciton BBL HERO system based on your specific skin concerns and goals. Before treatment begins, protective eyewear will be provided to shield your eyes from the light and laser energy. During the procedure, Dr. McNally will carefully pass the BBL handpiece over the skin to target pigmentation, redness, sun damage, and other signs of aging. Treatment times vary based on the size and number of areas being addressed, but most procedures can be completed in an hour or less.

Dr. McNally removed two epidural cysts, one on my cheek and one on the back of my neck. He did a great job and I am very happy with the result. Communication was good with he and his office staff. In the future, I will use him again if necessary.
