Before the procedure, Dr. McNally will use a marker to mark the specific areas where cellulite will be treated. Photographs will be taken and you can confirm the areas for treatment . You will be taken to our procedure suite where numbing medication are injected to minimize any discomfort, followed by the insertion of a small Aveli device beneath the skin. We will then guide the device to locate and release the fibrous septa bands causing cellulite dimpling. The procedure usually takes around 60 minutes to complete. Most patients can return to their regular activities the day or two after their treatment.

Dr. McNally removed two epidural cysts, one on my cheek and one on the back of my neck. He did a great job and I am very happy with the result. Communication was good with he and his office staff. In the future, I will use him again if necessary.
