"Dr. McNally and his staff were some of the most professional and pleasant people I have experienced at a doctor's appointment. From the time I was checked in to the moment I left, everyone was so nice and genuinely happy. I have a lot of anxiety with meeting a new doctor and going to a new office because I have had some bad experiences. Dr. McNally and his staff made me feel like a priority and showed me kindness simply in the WAY they all spoke to me. Dr. McNally is extremely knowledgeable and educated me on many things regarding my potential breast surgery, which did not happen when I went to another, very-well known and highly respected medical facility in Portland. Even though cost is much higher with Dr. McNally, I have much more confidence and respect for him to do my surgery even if insurance will not cover it. I just cannot say enough about this particular office and how absolutely WONDERFUL the staff are! It makes such a huge difference in how a patient is treated when they come for care and this office goes above and beyond to provide SUPERIOR patient care. Thank you everyone!"
