Facelift with liposuction of neck and jowls and fat grafting to the midface

This patient presented with concerns of excess skin in the neck, jowls, and loss of mid face volume. We performed liposuction of the neck and jowls, harvested fat from her abdomen, fat grafted her midface to restore her midface volume, and performed a face and neck lift with SMAS plication. She is pictured here at 3 months postop.
