Top Surgery for Non-binary Patient

This non-binary patient underwent top surgery with bilateral mastectomy and free nipple grafting. We utilized a transverse scar pattern given their lateral chest wall skin excess and lateralized their nipple and areolar complex to achieve their post-operative goals.
