Top surgery with bilateral mastectomy and free nipple grafting

This patient present for gender-affirming top surgery due to dysphoria surrounding their breasts. The patient's goals were to be flat with nipple and areolar reconstruction with a lower curved incision following the inframammary fold. This patient is pictured 2 months postop after a double-incision mastectomy with free nipple grafting.
