Top surgery with double-incision mastectomy

This non-binary patient presented with gender dysphoria surrounding their chest. Patient goals were to be as flat as possible without nipple or areolar reconstruction. To meet these goals, they underwent a double-incision bilateral mastectomy. They are pictured here 16 months postop.
