Keyhole mastectomy, chest liposuction, and nipple reduction*

This patient presented with gender dysphoria due to breast tissue and prominent nipples. Given their small breast volume and lack of excess skin, they were a candidate for keyhole mastectomy (incision placed on the lower edge of the areola) with chest liposuction to improve the overall contour and nipple reduction. They are pictured here at 6 months postop.
