Top surgery with mastectomy and free nipple grafting

This transmasculine patient presented with dysphoria due to their chest. Patient wanted a flat chest, nipple and areolar reconstruction, and scars following the contour of the pectoralis muscle. We performed a double-incision, bilateral mastectomy with curved-pectoral scars and free nipple grafting. Patient is shown here at approximately 6 months postop.
