Breast augmentation with silicone implants and Galaflex mesh

This patient underwent primary breast augmentation mammaplasty with 375cc Allergan SRF silicone breast implants. Given her thin skin texture, we also utilized Galaflex 3DR mesh to help support the implant and avoid oversettling also known as bottoming out. She is pictured here at 3 months postop.
