Top surgery with mastectomy and free nipple grafting

This patient presented with gender dysphoria seeking gender-affirming chest surgery. Their goals including being as flat as possible with nipple and areolar reconstruction. They underwent a bilateral, double-incision mastectomy with transverse incisions and free nipple grafting. They are pictured here at 6 months postop.
