Top surgery with bilateral, double-incision mastectomy

This patient presented with gender dysphoria seeking gender-affirming chest surgery. Their goals were to have a flat chest without nipple or areolar reconstruction. They underwent a bilateral, double-incision mastectomy. They are pictured here at 6 months postop.
