Top surgery with bilateral, double-incision mastectomy

This non-binary patient presented with dysphoria surrounding their chest. Their goals were to be as flat as possible and did not want nipple or areola reconstruction. We performed a bilateral, double-incision mastectomy to achieve their goals. They are pictured here at 1 year postop.
