Top surgery with bilateral mastectomy and free nipple grafting

This patient presented with gender dysphoria surrounding their chest. Their goals included being as flat as possible without appearing concave and to have nipple and areolar reconstruction. We performed a bilateral mastectomy with free nipple grafting. The nipple grafting was placed in the more masculine, lateralized position with circular areolas.
