Mommy makeover after previous implant loss with another provider

This patient presented after losing both of her breast implants to infection after a breast implant revision with another provider. She wanted to replace the loss in her breast volume with new breast implants combined with a breast lift but she also wanted to address her abdominal contour in a single stage. To achieve this, we performed a secondary breast augmentation in a different plane than her original implants with Allergan soft touch, full profile silicone implants (450cc right, 415cc left) in addition to a mastopexy, abdominoplasty with rectus muscle repair, and flank liposuction.
