Small volume breast reduction with BAUS mastopexy and chest wall liposuction

This patient presented with a primary concern of not being able to wear "cute" bikinis due to her breast size and droop. However, she did not want to be significantly smaller overall. We achieved her result with a small volume breast reduction (100-200g per side) combined with a BAUS breast lift (Base stitching, Adiposity reduction, Undermining, Short T scar) which uses excess skin as a sling to help support the breast, and chest wall liposuction to help define the lateral breast border.
