Mastopexy augmentation with lateral chest wall liposuction

This patient presented with concerns of sagging of her breasts, lack of upper pole fullness, and an overall flat shape. We performed a breast augmentation with Allergan soft touch silicone implants (310cc on the right and 345cc on the left) to add volume and boost upper pole fullness, a breast lift to help remove excess skin and elevate the nipple and areolar complex, and lateral chest wall liposuction to improve her overall shape.
