Top surgery with bilateral, double-incision mastectomy

This patient presented with gender dysphoria interested in gender-affirming chest surgery. Their goals were to be as flat as possible without nipple or areolar reconstruction. They underwent a bilateral, double-incision mastectomy. They are pictured here at 6 weeks postop.
