Tummy tuck combined with a Brazilian butt lift

This patient presented with concerns of abdominal and buttock contour as well as fat along her flanks and lower back. To address her concerns, we performed an abdominoplasty with rectus muscle repair, over 1700cc of liposuction along of the flanks and lower back, and 200cc of fat grafting to each buttock to aid in lateral shaping. She is pictured here at 2.5 months postop.
